We use the collected information solely to operate and provide the app’s features, including:

Performing user-requested visual transformations such as hair, makeup, beard, and clothing modifications
Providing face shape, color, and approximate age range analysis
Operating, maintaining, and securing app functionality
Providing customer support and responding to inquiries
Monitoring app performance and stability using non-face, non-identifying data

Face Data & Image Processing

The app processes user-uploaded photos that may contain a human face. From these images, the app derives non-identifying visual attributes required to perform requested visual transformations and analyses.

This may include facial feature positioning, face shape categorization, hair and facial area segmentation, skin tone characteristics, and approximate age range estimation.

The app does not collect or store biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, faceprints, or any data used to uniquely identify a person.

Face data is used exclusively to provide features explicitly requested by the user within the app. Planned uses of face data include:

Applying hairstyle and hair color modifications
Adding makeup and cosmetic styling
Modifying beard and facial hair appearance
Visualizing clothing and outfit changes
Analyzing face shape to generate styling suggestions
Analyzing skin tone and color characteristics
Estimating an approximate age range for informational purposes

Face data is not used for identity verification, authentication, facial recognition, behavioral tracking, advertising, profiling, analytics, or machine learning model training.

Face data is not shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, profiling, or analytics purposes.

The app uses third-party cloud-based AI services solely as data processors to perform user-requested image processing operations, such as visual transformations and analyses. These services do not retain, reuse, or repurpose face data for any purpose, including model training.

Face data is processed temporarily and is not stored in a persistent database. All processing is performed over encrypted connections, and any temporary data is deleted immediately after the requested operation is completed.

Face data is retained only for the duration necessary to complete the user-requested operation. Uploaded images and any derived face-related data are deleted immediately after the visual processing or analysis is completed.

Lookify does not store face data in a persistent database and does not retain face data after processing.

Data Storage and Security

All data is transmitted using encrypted connections. User-submitted images and face data are processed temporarily for the purpose of completing requested operations and are not stored in a persistent database.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data during processing and to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

Third-Party Services

Lookify uses third-party AI and cloud-based services solely to perform user-requested image processing and visual transformation operations.

AI-based image processing services (OpenAI, fal.ai) used exclusively for visual transformations and analyses
Cloud infrastructure and temporary processing (Firebase)
Performance and crash monitoring using non-face, non-identifying data
Customer support communications

These third-party services act strictly as data processors. They do not retain, reuse, store, or train models on user-submitted images or face data, and they do not use such data for identification, profiling, advertising, or analytics purposes.
